I had a wonderful time with my family introducing them to ultralight flying and visiting with people I had not seen in many years.  I hope I have wired a few brain cells in my nephew towards aviation.  I know my brother has the bug and he will no doubt wrestle with how to get involved and maintain budget and family.  My sister-in-law was very reluctant but after everybody else was thrilled, she was convinced to try it and was equally thilled.  My dad, well, I'll just say that it will take lots of patience to undo one bad experience he had many years ago.

The original flight plan, just like the rest of the trip, was changed to accomodate the unexpected.  The morning of departure dawned poor weather and I expected at least 2 days of travel, perhaps 3 or 4 because of progressively bleak forecasts of wind and rain.  The actual route went far better than I anticipated.
